At LUMA NUTRITION, we want you to feel as confident in our apparel as you do in your fitness journey. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn items with original tags attached.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare Your Package

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all hangtags are intact and the garments are free of any marks or scents.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by the portal and securely affix it to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Drop your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt; your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
